Nook Playspace Opens in Arlington

Arlington Virginia welcomes a new play space this weekend, Nook. Named after its many separate play spaces, Nook, provides a minimalist environment where parents will also enjoy spending time.

Founder and owner, Maria Vogelei created Nook on the tenant that good design should also be applied to play spaces for children. Muted colors and an uncluttered space provide a soothing alternative to indoor playgrounds where overstimulation reigns supreme.

My daughter and I got an early preview of Nook, here’s a photo tour.
